The right to return within 14 calendar days :
According to the legislation in force in Romania, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 calendar days, starting from the date of taking possession of the product, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than those of transport to the seller. To exercise your right to return products you must inform us of your decision by sending a notification by email to www.lauriscompany@yahoo.com
In the case of exercising the right of unilateral termination of the contract by the buyer, SC Lauris Company SRL will reimburse the amounts paid by the buyer, without asking him to pay the expenses related to the reimbursement of the amounts, at most 30 days from the date of the termination.
The expenses related to the return of the products will be fully borne by the buyer.
The returned products, in case of unilateral termination of the contract by the buyer, must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, without signs of use, wear or faulty handling and accompanied by the original warranty certificate. If the returned products are in a condition that does not allow their resale as new products, the seller reserves the right to withhold a fee or refuse to return the value of the product.
ATTENTION:
The return of products for defects that occurred during the warranty period and the return of products in case of unilateral termination of the contract, are distinct rights of the buyer. Please do not confuse them, and read carefully the conditions under which you benefit from these rights!
