Buyer: - any person over the age of 16 or company who places an order in the online store www.lauris.ro and who has accepted the terms and conditions of this remote contract

Basket: - section of the site that allows the buyer to accumulate the products he wants to purchase
Order: - communication in electronic format sent by the Buyer to the Seller through the website, which aims to purchase the products placed in the basket
Account: - data package, consisting of a password and a valid e-mail address that allow the authentication of the Buyer, the placing of the Order, access to the order history, to promotions and Newsletter type information. The user is responsible for the correctness of the information entered when creating the account
Products : - the goods that SC Lauris Company SRL exposes for sale through the website www.lauris.ro
Contract: - represents the contract concluded at a distance in electronic form, between the seller and the buyer, through the website www.lauris.ro
Newsletter : - informative note received periodically, in the form of email, which contains various information sent by our company regarding promotions, news, discounts, etc...
*General terms
The use of the website www.lauris.ro implies the acceptance of the terms and conditions of use established by SC LAURIS COMPANY SRL as its owner. The owner of this site reserves the right to modify its content and/or the terms of use without further notice prior and without specifying the reasons.
*Minimum order
The minimum order is 50 lei to which the price of the transport is added.
*Newsletter
Subscribing and unsubscribing to the Newsletter is optional. Subscribing means accepting the periodic receipt of informative notes, sent by the seller, regarding: news, promotions, discounts, stock liquidations, etc...
*Copyright
The entire content of the www.lauris.ro website is the property of SC LAURIS COMPANY SRL and its collaborators and is protected by the Copyright Protection Law. It is forbidden to use the content of this site for any purpose, without the explicit consent of the owner.
*Confidentiality
All information of any kind collected by the Seller from the Buyer will be used only for processing orders, issuing tax invoices, shipping products and for carrying out statistics in order to improve services. They will remain the property of the Seller who will have unrestricted access to them according to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data, amended and supplemented and of Law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector and will not be transmitted in any form to third parties, with the exception of the carrier. The seller has the obligation to administer in safe conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide about yourself. Your refusal to provide us with these data makes it impossible for us to process and ship the products.

*Promotions and contests:
The regulations of the promotions and contests organized on this site are established by SC LAURIS COMPANY SRL and can be modified at any time without any prior notification
*Guarantee
The products bought from the online store www.lauris.ro benefit from the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each individual product, in accordance with the legislation in force. The guarantee is granted only for manufacturing defects, in accordance with Law 449/2003 in which the rights of the consumer are stipulated.
Products returned during the warranty period must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice certifying their origin. The maximum liability, in case of a dispute, is limited in amount to the total price of the order.
The expenses for the transport of the products returned to the seller will be fully supported by the buyer, following that the seller SC Lauris Company SRL will bear the expenses for the transport to the buyer, after finding and remedying the defect.
The seller does not have the obligation to fulfill the warranty, if he finds that the returned product has defects due to improper use, assembly mistakes, improper storage, use of the product for purposes other than those indicated by the manufacturer, it has modifications or unauthorized interventions on it.
*The right to return within 14 calendar days :
According to the legislation in force in Romania, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, within 14 calendar days, starting from the date of taking possession of the product, without invoking any reason and without incurring any costs other than those of transport to the seller. To exercise your right to return products you must inform us of your decision by sending a notification by email to www.lauriscompany@yahoo.com
In the case of exercising the right of unilateral termination of the contract by the buyer, SC Lauris Company SRL will reimburse the amounts paid by the buyer, without asking him to pay the expenses related to the reimbursement of the amounts, at most 30 days from the date of the termination.
The expenses related to the return of the products will be fully supported by the buyer.
The returned products, in case of unilateral termination of the contract by the buyer, must be in the same condition in which they were received, in the original packaging, without signs of use, wear or faulty handling and accompanied by the original warranty certificate. If the returned products are in a condition that does not allow their resale as new products, the seller reserves the right to withhold a fee or refuse to return the value of the product.
ATTENTION:
The return of products for defects that occurred during the warranty period and the return of products in case of unilateral termination of the contract, are distinct rights of the buyer. Please do not confuse them, and read carefully the conditions under which you benefit from these rights!
*Disclaimer of responsibility
SC LAURIS COMPANY SRL makes permanent efforts to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed on its website, but despite this, operating or information errors may occur.
The owner of the website www.lauris.ro does not assume responsibility for the presentation of the products (technical characteristics, texts, photos, etc.), because it was made on the basis of the materials made available by the manufacturer or importer of each individual product. Also, due to different settings and quality differences between the devices that took the photos and those that display them, it is possible that the color rendering is not exact. The photos are for illustrative purposes and are not the subject of any contractual obligations.
For technical reasons (due to the continuous change of stocks) the owner does not guarantee the availability of the displayed products. For this reason, the owner reserves the right to honor only the orders that refer to the existing products in the store's actual stock.
The owner does not assume responsibility for typographical errors that occurred when entering the prices, images or characteristics of the displayed products into the database and reserves the right to stop the delivery, if it has not been carried out until it is detected, and to inform the customer as soon as possible, about the error that occurred.
*Litigation
Disputes arising between customers and www.lauris.ro will be resolved amicably, disputes not resolved in this way will be resolved by the courts in whose territorial jurisdiction the headquarters of SC Lauris Company SRL is located.
