In recent years, method feeder fishing has clearly been all about various micro pellets, which have truly driven carp crazy! It is no coincidence that we have also been using Aqua Garant Pellets for many years as one of the main ingredients in our pellet and groundbait mixtures.
However, from now on, we have started selling these rightly popular pellets individually, and we have introduced the 5 types we use most frequently, as well as one ground version! Let’s take a closer look at them.
Aqua Classic Pellet in 2.5 and 4 mm sizes
The Classic pellet is specifically designed for feeding carp, with a nutrient composition tailored to their needs. This type has a looser structure, dissolves more quickly, and contains 33% protein, making it effective in any season.
Aqua Uni Pellet in 2 and 4 mm sizes
The Uni pellet was originally designed for feeding sturgeon, but experience over the past few years has shown that it is indispensable for carp fishing as well. This type is significantly denser and firmer than the Classic, with a much higher protein content of 46%. It works excellently in heavily pressured waters and during cold water fishing.
Aqua Start Pellet in 1.5 mm size
This is the strongest type of Aqua Garant Pellets, with the highest protein content at 53%. It is primarily recommended as an additive to enhance the attractiveness of your bait or pellet mix. Using it in a proportion of more than 20-30% can be counterproductive, but in smaller percentages, it can work wonders!
In addition, the ground version of the Uni pellet is also part of the family, which can perfectly complement the above-mentioned Aqua Garant Pellets as a coating or "cap" during fishing.
